At Jaipuria we provide to the corporates our battle-ready professionals ready confidently to take on the challenges in the real world. To build up awareness in the students, we encourage interaction with the corporate on a regular basis & identify their requirements in terms of skill sets. We built upon assessment of those areas where the students need to be trained & groomed. Initiatives by way of skill workshops for the students, interaction with the alumnus; lecture series by the doyens from the industry-all heighten awareness in the students about the real-world hurdles & its potential work-around.

Corporate Resource Cell :
Corporate Resource Cell at JIMJ provides complete support to arrange for placement activities in the campus. The Institute has a Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) which, along with the placement committee, works towards strengthening placements and enhancing career opportunities of the students. It comprises of faculty members and a team of students. It serves the express purpose of building and keeping effective contacts with companies all over India.
CRC performs liaison work between possible employers and the students. Prior to the final placement season the Institute regularly organizes interactive workshops with industry at its campus. The objective of this is to create an opportunity
1) For the students to polish their skills yet further.
2) For the students to know about specific companies and identify which lines of business they would like to join, depending on their aptitude & inclination.
3) For the industry professionals to interact with our students and assess their caliber.
It is important that the students do not take up any placement except those that they prefer because only then is the work done not just for the sake of duty but also with a commitment to continuously learn, grow and add value to the industry. This is a hallmark of responsible business leaders and this is what we want our students to be.

Invitations are sent to the companies for placements. |

Companies are required to fill up and submit the Response Form attached with the placement brochure. |

A mutually agreed date is decided for Pre-placement talk and summer placements. |

| The pre placement talks provide an excellent opportunity for the students to know the company, profile, its offers and the career growth paths available. Companies give a formal presentation which is followed by an interactive session on queries of students. |
| Selection Process |
| The selection process is decided as per the rules & regulations of the institute and requirements of individual companies. |
