One of the key strengths of the PGDM from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur is the variety and flexibility in the teaching pedagogy adopted to enable meaningful learning. Each member of the faculty makes use of rich basket of pedagogy consistent with the course learning requirements as well as the overall focus of the PGDM.
The teaching pedagogy combines lecture cum discussions, cases, simulations & games, role plays, self learning projects/studies, field visits, group projects and also independent research. Needless to state that high quality facilities in the Library and Computer Labs support the learning experience provided at the Institute. Advance preparation by the students as well as active participation is required to further enrich the unique learning process.
20 percent of lectures in all the courses are delivered by experts from the corporate, thereby ensuring that all gaps between theory and practice are adequately filled. We nurture intellect and create holistic managers and good human beings, laden by values and concern for the society.
